2nd Ave.® Gift Cards FAQ

  1. You can purchase gift cards at any of our stores. Our cashiers or manager will be happy to assist you.
  2. You can check the balance of your gift card at any time by visiting our Balance Inquiry page, by calling the number listed on the back of your card, or by visiting any 2nd Ave. Thrift Superstores™.
  3. Gift cards may not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Please treat your gift card like cash.
  4. Please refer to the number on the back of the gift card or email giftcard@2ndavestores.com to reach the customer service team.
  5. Gift cards that are purchased in our stores can be reloaded at any of our stores, for any dollar amount up to $250 within 30 days of the card having a zero balance.
  6. Your 2nd Ave. Thrift Superstores™ gift card does not have an expiration date, does not lose value, and no fees are charged for inactivity. Gift cards may be deactivated after two years of non-use or after 30 days with a zero balance. However, the balance on the card at the time of deactivation will be honored. Please contact giftcard@2ndavestores.com for assistance.
  7. Simply bring it to the jewelry showcase to have them look up your available gift card balance and apply the balance to a new updated gift card (shown below). Once the balance is transferred, you must surrender your old gift card to the cashier. You can also contact us at giftcard@2ndavestores.com to check the available balance on your old gift card.

Note: Our new gift cards can be purchased (and used) at any register.
