Beginning mid-April 2022, we will be moving to a new cash register operating system, which will shift how our Loyalty points and rewards are tracked and redeemed. The system update will take place in phases over the course of 2-3 months. Your points and rewards will be carried over to the new system once the update is complete. The 2A loyalty app will be retired as of April 1, 2022. During the system update, the web portal will still display points and rewards earned in the old system. Once the system update is complete, the 2A online portal will be retired and members will be able to view their points and rewards balance at the bottom of their receipt.
Members earn one point for every eligible dollar they spend. When 150 points are earned, they are automatically converted into a reward redeemable for 10% off a future purchase.
Yes. Loyalty members still earn 1 point for every eligible dollar spent in both the new and old systems.
During the system update, loyalty points and rewards will be stored separately in the two separate systems. Once a store is rolled onto the new system, the loyalty points they accrued on the old system, prior to the roll over date, will only be usable at stores using the old system; whereas points earned on the new system will only be usable at stores rolled onto to the new system. After the update is complete across all stores in early July, all loyalty points and loyalty rewards earned on the old system will be transferred over to the new system and combined with any points and rewards on the new system.

Points and rewards earned in stores on the new system will be displayed at the bottom of member receipts.

At stores on the old system, available rewards will show on the customer facing display at checkout. Simply hit Redeem to apply the reward to the transaction.
At stores on the new system, members with available rewards will be asked at checkout if they would like to redeem their reward, either verbally by the cashier at a staffed register or on the self-checkout terminal screen.
In the new system, points will convert to a reward automatically once 150 points are earned. Each reward is valid for 12 months from issue date.
In the old system, points expire 12 months after the date they were earned.
