2nd Ave Loyalty Rewards FAQ

  1. You can access your rewards through the 2nd Ave Loyalty App on your smartphone or you can login to your loyalty account on your desktop or mobile device through the web link: https://squareup.com/loyalty/MLE5RRJXNTHQS

  2. Yes, after the transaction, you will be prompted to Claim Your Points. If you hit Claim Your Points, you will be prompted to enter your phone number associated with your loyalty account. You will then be sent a text message with your points balance.

  3. Your rewards will show up on the customer facing display at checkout. Simply hit Redeem to apply the reward to your transaction. Download and use your 2nd Ave app to easily access loyalty rewards anytime, anywhere and easily track dollars spent.

  4. If you have earned a loyalty reward, your reward will show on the customer facing display at checkout. Simply hit Redeem to apply the reward to your transaction. The cashier does not need to do anything to add your discount to the transaction.

  5. You will earn 1 reward for every $150 spent.

  6. No, your rewards don’t expire, however, your points expire after 12 months.

  7. Yes, loyalty points expire after 12 months. Don’t forget to claim your points and redeem your rewards to keep saving with the loyalty program. Customers will be notified 14 days before their points expire.

  8. Go to the Settings on your smartphone. Click on 2nd Ave app and enable notifications.
