2nd Ave.® Loyalty Rewards Program Terms
Effective: March 31, 2022

PLEASE READ THESE PROGRAM TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE 2ND AVE. LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE PROGRAM TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE PROGRAM TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE 2ND AVE. LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAMS.
The 2nd Ave. Loyalty Rewards (“2A LOYALTY REWARDS”) program is offered by 2nd Ave. LLC (“2A”) for loyal shoppers of participating 2nd Ave. thrift stores. By becoming an 2A Loyalty Rewards member and participating in the benefits described below (the “Benefits”), you agree to these Program Terms, which incorporate our website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Your participation in the 2A Loyalty Rewards program confirms your acceptance of these Program Terms, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Program Terms and FAQs and the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the 2A Loyalty Rewards program. If you do not agree to the Program Terms, Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, you must stop participating in the 2A Loyalty Rewards program.
2A Loyalty Rewards Program System Update
On or around April 14, 2022, the 2A Loyalty Rewards Program will undergo a system update. The update will occur in phases with specific stores rolling onto the new system in each phase. Once a store is rolled onto the new system, the loyalty points they accrued on the old system, prior to the roll over date, will only be usable at stores using the old system; whereas points earned on the new system will only be usable at stores rolled onto to the new system. All 2nd Ave. locations will be migrated to the new system on or around June 25, 2022. After the migration is complete, all loyalty points and loyalty rewards earned on the old system will be transferred over to the new system and combined with any points and rewards on the new system.

2A Loyalty Rewards Benefits

By registering as a member of the 2A Loyalty Rewards program, you may receive the following offers and benefits (may vary by region):

Some discounts, sales and offers may not be combined; see the notification email or signage and other written materials in your local store for details.
Notifications are provided via email. See the Privacy Policy for information on how we use your email address, mobile telephone number and/or other Personal Information you provide, and how to opt out of receiving future notifications.
Earning Points and Rewards:
In addition to receiving notice of sales, discounts and the other Benefits described above, 2A Loyalty Rewards members earn points when they shop at 2nd Ave. thrift stores by entering their telephone number or email address at the cash register, with points redeemable for special 2A Loyalty Rewards, as described below.
- Earn one point for every eligible dollar spent (no change with System Update)1
- When 150 points are earned, they may be redeemed for a 10% off Reward redeemable for 10% off a future purchase1 (New with the System Update, when 150 points are earned, they are automatically converted into a 10% off Reward redeemable for 10% off a future purchase)
- Unused points expire after 12 months (New with the System Update, unused points may expire 24 months after last transaction, but points are automatically converted to a reward once 150-point level is reached, and reward is valid for 12 months).
- No limit to the number of Rewards that can be earned (No change with new system)
- Spontaneous Offers: Members may receive email notification of exclusive or special offers which are limited time offers and can only be redeemed during a designated time frame. We may make certain offers available only while supplies last. (New with System Update: Members may receive exclusive coupon offers.)
- Other Benefits may include Special Events, Exclusive Email Content & Contests. (No change with new system)
Points and Rewards earned through purchases may only be redeemed in participating stores. 2A Loyalty Rewards may be combined with other discounts and offers but may not be used on new merchandise (white tagged grab & go items) or purchases of gift cards. Points are not earned on purchases of gift cards.
As explained above, 2A Loyalty Rewards program Benefits may differ by store or region. For Benefits that require purchases, the member earns points and benefits offered in the store where the purchase is made.
Points earned through the 2A Loyalty Rewards program have no dollar value and may not be redeemed for cash.
Eligibility
To be eligible for membership in the 2A Loyalty Rewards program, you must reside in the United States, be at least 16 years of age when you register and provide your zip code, along with your telephone number and email address.
Some 2A Loyalty Rewards program Benefits differ by region, based on the location of the store where you sign up for membership in the store or by the store you are assigned based on your zip code or the store you choose when you sign up for membership online or, for Benefits that require purchases, by the location of the stores where you shop. Please review the 2A Loyalty Rewards Benefits section below that corresponds with your program region.
Corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and trusts, etc. are not permitted to enroll in the 2A Loyalty Rewards program nor to participate in the Benefits. We do not anticipate having to limit the number of people that can enroll in the 2A Loyalty Rewards program, but we reserve the right to do so. There are no membership fees associated with the 2A Loyalty Rewards program at this time.
Joining the 2A Loyalty Rewards Program in the Store
Step 1: While in a participating 2nd Ave. thrift store, ask a team member, cashier or manager to assist you in registering for the Loyalty Rewards program at the cash register or sign up at a self-checkout station. The team member, cashier or manager may request some of your personal information for registration. Only your zip code, telephone number and email address are required to join the 2A Loyalty Rewards program.
Step 2: A message will be sent to you to confirm your registration, but no further action is needed on your part to begin to receive email notifications. Promotional offers, sale day notices, contests and other 2A Loyalty Rewards program announcements will soon begin to arrive in your email inbox, at all times in compliance with applicable anti-spam laws.
Managing Your Personal Profile
Your profile information will be used to keep in touch with you and notify you of your offers available at your assigned or chosen store. To update your profile details, notify a Cashier or Manager on duty while at one of our stores, or email rewards@2ndavestores.com.
Privacy
Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we may collect, use and disclose information about and how we communicate with our customers, including our 2A Loyalty Rewards program members.
Restrictions
Each member of the 2A Loyalty Rewards program must have a separate account with a valid and unique email address and/or mobile telephone number. Offers are non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members, friends or other 2A Loyalty Rewards program members. GreenDrop and 2nd Ave. employees may participate in the 2A Loyalty Rewards program, but may not combine any program discount or offer with their employee discount.
You may cancel your 2A Loyalty Rewards program membership at any time. To cancel your membership, email rewards@2ndavestores.com For 2A Loyalty Rewards program members, cancellation of your membership will invalidate any unused Rewards.
We may cancel your 2A Loyalty Rewards program membership if we determine that you are not eligible to be a member of the 2A Loyalty Rewards program or that you have violated these Program Terms, the Terms of Use, or our Privacy Policy. We may cancel some or all of your offers if we determine that you received the offers due to an error, through fraud or deception, or in any manner not authorized by these Program Terms.

Changes to the 2A Loyalty Rewards Program Terms or Benefits
We have the right at any time to:
- End the 2A Loyalty Rewards program and/or any specific Benefit;
- Change any 2A Loyalty Rewards program Benefit we offer;
- Change the requirements for receiving or earning a particular Benefit;
- Change the time you have in which to redeem a particular Benefit; and
- Change any other feature of the 2A Loyalty Rewards program.
If we decide to materially change or terminate the 2A Loyalty Rewards program or a specific Benefit, we will provide you notice before the change or termination takes effect by emailing you at the email address. You do not acquire any property interest in any of the Benefits and they have no cash value. Upon termination of the 2A Loyalty Rewards program or a specific Benefit, unused offers will expire and will not be redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation except as required by law.
We may elect to revise these Program Terms as needed from time to time and, if we make a material change, we will provide you with notice, and the revised Program Terms will automatically be applicable.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that when you enroll and participate in the 2A Loyalty Rewards program you are agreeing to waive your rights under any law that may require us to obtain judicial permission to change these Program Terms or to end the program.
If applicable law prohibits us from offering the 2A Loyalty Rewards program to you, then you may not participate in that program. If applicable law prohibits us from offering you a feature of the 2A Loyalty Rewards program, then we may either decline to offer you that feature of the program or remove you from the program.
